Introduction

With regard to the works by Bruno Arts* and Margot Couttet published under the name L.O., Bruno Arts, Margot Couttet and their successors in title are the sole owners of the recorded works and copyright, as well as the rights to use, interpret, perform and distribute them by any means whatsoever, whether free of charge or for a fee, to a public or in a private circle other than that of the family, as well as their management and, where applicable, the receipt of financial compensation. The management of copyright, use, interpretation, performance and broadcasting rights, whether free of charge or for a fee, to a public or in a private circle other than the family, to the works of Bruno Arts and Margot Couttet is also entrusted to the publishing house Arthur'R (lyrics, poems and scores) and to the Grace Music label (music and scores). Furthermore, only Arthur'R Éditions (lyrics, poems and scores) and the Grace Music label (music and scores) are authorised to authorise, or not, the use, interpretation, performance and broadcasting on radio, television or film, free of charge or for a fee, to a public or in a private circle other than the family, of the works of Bruno Arts and Margot Couttet.

Reminder concerning compact discs and vinyl, as well as all dematerialised recorded works whatever the digital format (WAV, AIF, MP3, AAC, FLAC,...) :
all rights of the phonographic producer and the owners of the recorded work are reserved for all countries.
Unless expressly authorised in writing by Bruno Arts or Margot Couttet or by Editions Arthur'R or the Grace Music label, the duplication, rental and lending of compact discs or vinyl containing their works, as well as all their dematerialised works, are prohibited. The use, interpretation, performance and broadcasting, whether free of charge or for a fee, to a public or in a private circle other than the family, of the poems and songs of Bruno Arts and Margot Couttet are also prohibited, except for the exceptions described below under imperative condition to inform the public of the name(s) of the songwriter(s)/composer(s) of the songs offered to them (as provided for in theArticle L122-5 paragraph 3 of the French Intellectual Property Code) and fulfil the following conditions:
- has the authorisation to publicly distribute, free of charge and solely free of charge, the content of the works of Bruno Arts and Margot Couttet, and this solely within the framework of its professional or associative activity, any legal or physical person (trader, craftsman, association, SME or administration receiving the public) having purchased a phonographic work by Bruno Arts and Margot Couttet, in at least one of its physical versions: compact disc (CD), vinyl disc, digital versatile disc (DVD) or book-album (audiobook), and being able to present proof of this purchase (invoice or sales receipt) and having informed in advance – imperative condition – the publishing house Arthur’R (poems, texts) or the music label Grace Music (songs, musics).
All social networks are excluded from this authorisation, (in particular: Facebook, Instagram, Tic Toc,Twitter, Google,...), search engines, streaming and/or downloading platforms, multinational companies and large corporations ; (in particular: Amazon, Apple, Google music, You Tube, FNAC-Darty, Cultura, espaces culturels Leclerc,…).
- broadcasting is authorised conditionally and without declaration to SACEM or any other similar society or organisation. For further information on this point, please contact the publishing house Arthur’R (poems, texts) or the music label Grace Music (songs, musics).
- for any other use, in particular for television or film, please contact the publishing house Arthur’R (poems, texts) or the music label Grace Music (songs, musics).

Apart from the exceptions set out above, any use, interpretation, performance or broadcasting, whether free of charge or for a fee, to a public or in a private circle, with the strict exception of family circle , undeclared to - or unauthorised by the publishing house Arthur'R or the music label Grace Music will be prosecuted.

Reminder concerning books, as well as all dematerialised recorded texts whatever the digital format (WAV, AIF, MP3, AAC, FLAC,...) :
all rights of adaptation or reproduction, even partial, in any form whatsoever, are reserved for all countries. Unless expressly authorised in writing by Bruno Arts or Arthur'R Editions, the public distribution of Bruno Arts' poems and texts by any means whatsoever is forbidden, except for the exceptions described below under imperative condition to provide the public with the name of the author of the poems and texts on offer and fulfil the following conditions:
- any natural or legal person (bookshop, library, school, university, theatre, association, town hall, etc. organising or taking part in a cultural event, such as Le Printemps des Poètes, for example) having purchased the Bruno Arts book or audio book containing the poems and/or texts it wishes to present to the public, being able to present proof of this purchase (invoice or receipt) and having previously informed – imperative condition – the publishing house Arthur’R , has the authorisation to give a free public reading of the poems and/or texts submitted.
- a paying reading for charity purposes only may be organised with the express written authorisation of the publishing house Arthur’R .

Apart from the exceptions specified above, any use, interpretation, performance or broadcast, whether free of charge or subject to payment, to a public or in a private circle with the exception of the family circle, not declared to - or not authorised by the publishing house Arthur'R, will be prosecuted.
